Plum brandy produced in small batches from 100% blue plums grown by local producers in the Kyustendil region—an area with a long-standing tradition of fruit growing and the cultivation of high-quality fruit.

The plums are carefully selected, and the pits are removed before fermentation. This allows the fruit’s natural sugars and aromas to develop without the addition of sugar or artificial ingredients.

Distilled with precision and without subsequent aging, our plum brandy retains its authentic fruity character. It is distinguished by an expressive aroma of ripe blue plums, a soft, rounded flavor, and a pleasant fruity finish.

Naturally aromatic and harmoniously balanced, it combines the characteristic qualities of traditional Bulgarian plum brandy with the attention to detail inherent in artisanal production.
