Rakia Alchemist Dimyat

Dimyat - an old local grape variety from the Evksinograd region. Fermented in oak vats, distilled only from wine. Aged 3 years in white Stranja oak and 2 years in French oak from Burgundy, kept 2 vintages of Pinot Noir. Extremely balanced body with chocolate notes, fruity taste and long finish with soft spiciness.
