Recipe for Pineapple Fire Breeze
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin Brazilian Pineapple
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 25 ml pineapple juice
- 80–100 ml Match Tonic Water Spicy
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple slice or lime wedge for garnish
Preparation:
- Take a pre-chilled Bohemia OPTIC gin glass or a Flute Split Glass tumbler and fill it with ice.
- Pour 45 ml of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin Brazilian Pineapple over the ice.
- Add 15 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice and 25 ml of pineapple juice.
- Stir gently to combine the flavours.
- Slowly top up with 80–100 ml of Match Tonic Water Spicy.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a wedge of lime for an extra fresh tropical touch.
