Pinot Noir and Meunier make up 80% of the blend, the remaining 20% is complemented by Chardonnay, including up to 35% reserve wines. The dosage is 11 g/l.
Bright yellow color, with accents of rose gold highlight and persistent, playful bubbles.
On the nose sweet aromas of ripe fruit - apricot, yellow peach, Mirabelle plum.
The palate is refined and decadent, reminiscent of late summer fruit punctuated by small, spicy glazed touches.
