The vineyards are 40 years old and are located next to the seashore of the picturesque area and the Kara Dere beach. The aroma of Smokey 2022 bears the characteristics of the variety - a neutral, delicate nose of green apple and pea pod, a distinct minerality and saltiness in the taste. Tight, muscular body with excellent freshness and an inviting finish. Pairs well with Black Sea fish, seafood, shellfish, white meats. Delicate cheeses such as brie, mozzarella and ricotta are also a good combination.

Изба Одесос е малък семеен винен проект, чиято идея се роди по време на дълъг презокеански полет, доразви се в продължение на няколко на брой винарски кампании в Южното полукълбо и узря достатъчно, за да бъде реализирана пет години по-късно във Варна. Така 2020 година бележи началото за нас с първата ни официална винарска кампания у дома. Black Sea region
The Black Sea coast is an area where nearly 30% of Bulgarian vineyards are concentrated. The climate, with warm summers and mild winters, is suitable for growing white varieties. Autumn is warm and long, which favours the accumulation of enough sugars to produce fine white semi-dry wines. Over 50% of white grape varieties in Bulgaria are grown here, and the most common are Dimyat, Riesling, Uni Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, even Sauvignon Blanc. The wines have a pleasant fruity aroma, rich taste and elegant freshness. The old endemic variety Dimyat, in addition to being suitable for dry, is often used for the production of dessert wines, as well as for fine aromatic distillates.
