Детайли
The vineyards are 13 years old, located at the foot of the Provadian Serta plateau. The soils are calcareous-sandy, the exposure is south-west. The grapes are hand-picked in small crates and transported to a cold storage chamber. The cooled grapes are sorted by hand and crushed in small open fermenters. After the natural temperature rise, fermentation is controlled within a range of 20-25 °C .
