Bergerie du Capoucin
Филтър
The Bergerie du Capucin mansion covers 12 hectares in the towns of Lauret and Valfl aunès. Guilhem Viau, former president of the Pic St. Loup, launched the Bergerie du Capucin ("Monk's Shepherd") in 2008. Thanks to his impressive winemaking skills, he quickly established himself as a quality and competitive producer, winning the "Trophy of Grands Vins de France". The family property is over 60 years old, and the Dame Jeanne cuvee is named after Viau's grandmother, who was a shepherd on the property but always wanted to work in the vineyard.
