DO RE MI
DO RE MI's mission is to produce high quality natural wines according to ancient Georgian traditions. The winery has 10 hectares of vineyards in the Samgrelo region, in particular in Odishi and Akhalsopeli. DO RE MI was founded by three friends: Giorgi, Mamuka and Gabriel. Their goal is to create the best natural wines using ancient Georgian techniques. The winery is located outside Tbilisi, and its own vineyards are located in two regions - Kartli and Kakheti. The vineyards are grown organically and according to local traditions, without industrial yeast, chemicals or additives in the vineyards or in the production of wine. All wines are made in kvevri, which are handmade. After fermentation, the kvevri are sealed and covered with clay until spring.
