Domaine Gayda

Domaine Gayda is located in the foothills of the Pyrenees, amidst its vineyards in the Languedoc, 25 km from Carcassonne, near the village of Brugayroles. The first building on the site was built in 1749 as an inn, where passengers refreshed and changed their horses. Nowadays, the buildings have been turned into luxury accommodation. Owners Tim Ford and Anthony Record met young oenologist Vincent Shanso in 2004 in South Africa and attracted him to their project. The winery has been completely renovated, with the most modern equipment and technologies. Domaine Gayda's commitment to organic viticulture is due to respect for nature, which everyone in the winery believes in. This determines the supply of wine of exceptional quality.
