Domaine Hubert Lamy

The Lamy family has been growing vines since 1640, but only in 1972 Hubert Lamy created Domaine Hubert Lamy, having previously worked actively with his father, Jean Lamy. At that time they had about 8 hectares of their own vineyards. In 1995, Olivier Lamy joined his father, having previously undergone practical training at several other mansions. This experience helps him to bring new ideas and methodologies to work both in the vineyards and in the cellar. Today, Domaine Hubert Lamy has 18.5 hectares of vineyards, of which 80% are planted with Chardonnay and 20% with Pinot Noir. They are in several appeallations - Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay and the total production capacity is about 110,000 bottles a year.
