Domaine Millet

Philippe Millet founded Domaine Millet in the early 1980s, as part of the land on which he grew cereals came under appeal to Petit Chablis AOC. He planted 9 hectares with Petit Chablis and continues to buy properties on appeal Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin AOC. He decides not to limit himself to the production of good grapes, but to vinify, bottle and sell. The property, which is now in the hands of Philippe's two sons, is 21 hectares planted with Chardonnay (75%) and Pinot Noir (25%). Their desire to cultivate the best vineyards and produce the best grapes to offer wines with fine aromas that are elegant and reflect the terroir of the famous Chablis makes the two brothers get to work every day.
