He also runs his winery in the center of Fedo, a village in the province of Trento, Italy, where he was born and raised, and constantly travels the world as a freelance consultant. His wife Rossella Marino Abate actively helps him in his work. She is from Sicily, from Marsala and is also an oenologist, and her family has been making wine for many generations. She has chosen to specialize in communications and social media related to the world of wine. The winery produces four wines - two types of Chardonnay, one of the local pride Müller Thurgau and one sparkling Augusto Primo Cuvée using classic Brut technology, and aged in lees for 40 months.
