Nissovo

Nissovo is a cellar specially designed for the production of quality white, rosé and red wines. The cellar room is located underground and has an area of ​​500 sq.m. In this way, the temperature remains constant throughout the year - between 12 and 16 degrees - which contributes to optimal storage and ageing of the wine in the barrels. The winery has its own vineyards, which guarantees the quality of the grapes, and hence the final product. The usage of French oak barrels delicately softens and complements the taste of the wine, which can mature from 6 months to 1 year. When bottling, they use natural Portuguese cork. The production capacity is about 4000 hectoliters of white and 6000 hectoliters of red wine.
