Cantina Paltrinieri is a family winery located in the heart of the Sorbara, in the heart of the fertile province of Modena. Alberto Paltrinieri is a third generation winemaker and together with his wife he personally participates in all stages of production. His way of making wine is aimed at the manifestation of the land on which the grapes are planted. This area is inextricably linked to one variety: Lambrusco di Sorbara, which has chosen over the centuries its typical sandy soil, which gives the wines dryness, freshness and good minerality, wines with their own refined style, and potential for development.
