RockBare

RockBare develops its winemaking in South Australia, creating a range of wines that capture the unique characteristics of each region and variety. When winemaker Tim Burville decided to create the Rockbare winery, his dream was to make wines that were indicative of the region - Chardonnay, Shiraz and Grenache. Wine production is focused on making wines that show the best of what South Australia has to offer - from Clare Valley, Coonawarra to the Barroso Valley. Rockbare is based in the hills of Adelaide and the picturesque Hahndorf, the main building is a villa built in 1845. RockBare's new project, called Barossa Babe, is the fruit of 140-year-old vines, and among the famous wines are Mojo, Adelaide Hills Savivinon Blanc and Barossa Shiraz, produced in a powerful, fruity style. RockBare is a wine production without the restrictions of one vineyard or variety.
