Indeed, there are people who have dedicated their entire professional life to learning about them but even they have admitted that it’s a near-impossible task.
We have decided on these five bottles with which to start off our journey into the unknown parts of Italy. Among them are three local grapes to begin to acquaint yourself with and a few international ones which, in these specific blends and from these specific terroirs, will provide a new interpretation for you to take in with fresh eyes (and palate!).
