Entelechia olive oil comes from the excellent quality green olive of Chalkidiki. It is produced exclusively by cold pressing, preserving its rich taste, aroma and color. It is characterized by a bitter and spicy taste with a long aftertaste, because it belongs to medium intensity olive oils. Its fragrances remind you of fresh grass, olive and tomato leaves, artichoke and almond. In addition, its important antioxidant substances as well as the vitamins it contains (A, K, D) are preserved, while its acidity remains low. Entelechia olive oil comes in an elegant glass bottle. Its dark color protects the olive oil from light and maintains its excellent quality.

Paschalas Olive Oil
In Gomati, Chalkidiki, Paschalas Olive Mill operates an oil mill, bottling plant, and shop on its privately owned 600m² premises. They produce extra virgin olive oil that is cold pressed in temperatures not exceeding 27°C. They employ innovative, state-of-the-art machinery from Alfa Laval TCM®, which guarantee that the final product will be of the highest quality. They are a "two-phase" olive mill. This means that they do not use water when processing the olive fruit. As a result, their olive oil retains all its vitamins and natural antioxidants, which would otherwise be reduced, as they are water-soluble. The golden comb - the company logo - embodies the personal care and love with which they grow up their olive trees. It also expresses the excellent quality of olive oil, as the comb resembles a crown.
