The wine is brilliant and clear with a persistent perlage, on the nose intense grapefruit and mature pear scent, with light mineral notes, fresh and elegant.

Dry on the palate, smooth with an exquisite balance between acidity and sapidity. Delightful aftertaste with aroma of almonds.

Canoso

Canoso

Veneto

Veneto

Veneto wines are as multifaceted and vast as the region itself. Veneto is smaller than the regions of Piedmont, Tuscany, Sicily, Puglia, but produces more wine than any of them. An incredible fact that can actually be easily understood by only mentioning some of the wines produced here - Amarone, Valpolicella, Soave and - of course - the famous Prosecco. All these wines gained their recognition, especially in the last decades of the 20th century, when Italian wine began its victorious march to conquer the world. The incredible diversity of terroir and relief, varieties and optimal climatic conditions are a prerequisite for the multifaceted presentation of Veneto on the wine scene - from dry, white wines to the sparkling summer temptation of its frizzantes, from light reds to the dense and bold amarone and recioto . Almost the entire range of wine production is presented here, and when we add the cities full of history - the attraction of Veneto becomes even more tangible and powerful.

Garganegra

Garganegra

Garganega is a white grape variety used mainly for the production of the famous Soave and Gambelara wines in Veneto, northern Italy. The variety is one of the most widespread in Italy - in addition to Veneto, it can be found in neighboring Friuli and around Lake Garda in Lombardy, south in Umbria, even in Sicily, where it is known as Grecanico Dorato. From whichever part of Italy it comes, the classic Garganega wine is distinguished by aromas of peach blossom, almond, apricot and baked golden apples. As well as being one of the most widely planted varieties in the country, it is also one of the oldest - information about the praise of Soave wines by the Italian elite dates back to the 6th century with the descriptions "white and pure as a lily". Garganega is a high-yielding variety and winemakers highly value it for its quality. But also because of its ability to balance itself between quality and quantity thanks to its moderate acidity and elegant but highly concentrated aromas. Although best known for its dry wines, Garganega also produces sweet wines under the name recioto. They have a rich texture and have concentrated aromas of honey, candied lemon peel, tropical fruits and sweet spices.
