Midalidare
Midalidare Estate is a wine estate located 20 km northwest of Chirpan in the village of Mogilovo. The project is based on Evgeny Yusupov, a Russian businessman living in Kazakhstan, and his love of history, nature and good wine prompted him to invest in the village of Mogilovo before three years and turn this piece of land into a real oasis. The mansion has 250 acres of vineyards nestled between the hills of Central Sredna Gora. The white varieties are - Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Muscadel, Grenache Blanc and the red - Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, selected in unison with the climatic features and soil characteristics of the region.

Thracian valley
In this region, which includes Southern Bulgaria, the climate is temperate continental protected from northern winds thanks to Stara Planina, with good rain distribution. It includes the central parts of the Thracian lowland and parts of Sakar. Most of the red grape varieties are concentrated in this area. Mavrud, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Muscat, Pamid and others are grown. The climatic conditions of the region favour the production of rich, dense, memorable red wines, especially from the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud. Good wines from the local variety Mavrud are especially valued for their aroma and taste of small red fruits, spices and herbs.

Petit Verdot
Сортът грозде Пти Вердо (Petit Verdot) произхожда от областта Медок, най-известната област на Бордо, Франция, в северната част на региона, близо до устието на река Жиронда. Пти Вердо е един от сортовете грозде, използвани при производството на Bordeaux, макар и в много по-малка степен от основните сортове грозде, които съставляват класическия купаж на Bordeaux - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc и Merlot. Много френски производители са изоставили отглеждането на сорта дотолкова, че през 1988 г. площите с лозя са намалели до едва 300 ha. Пти Вердо е широко разпространено и в Калифорния, както и в някои гръцки и италиански региони. Характеризира се средно големи листа с петоъгълна форма. Гроздът му е средно малък, с продълговата пирамидална форма, със средно малки сферични плодове и много тъмносин цвят. Винифициран самостоятелно, дава вина с интензивен рубиненочервен цвят, с плодови, цветни аромати и характерна пикантна нотка в най-добрите реколти, с видими танини, макар и меки, подходящи за дълго отлежаване. Обикновено обаче се използва в купажи.
